It's easy to order your email hosting, and we can set it up for you very quickly. Please have your domain name ready if you have one: if you don't already have your own domain name we can register one for you quickly. (Information about ordering domain names is here.)

The cost of Email Only hosting is £20 + VAT (£24.00 including VAT) per year. This is payable when you order, and we will send you a renewal reminder in good time before your 12 months hosting period ends. There is no obligation to renew and you can of course cancel your hosting at any time. Our standard Terms and Conditions can be found here.

How to order:

Either: phone us on 01584 874353 and we'll talk you through the information that we need. You can pay by card over the phone, or else pay separately by cheque, or online banking, and of course you will receive a full VAT invoice.

Or: fill in the simple, secure order form below. When we receive the form, we'll set up your hosting account quickly, usually the same day. We’ll then send you a confirmation and an invoice for payment. As soon as we receive your payment the email account(s) will go live within an hour.

Other email facilities

If you wish to have any email forwarding setting up, or any auto-responders etc, these are all included in your hosting plan and you can ask us to set these up when you receive our confirmation. The same applies if you want to have more than three mailboxes (email addresses). Alternatively you can set up any of these facilities yourself at your leisure with your Control Panel.
